THE ROLE

We’re looking for experienced Bar Supervisors and Floor Supervisors to lead our front-of-house team.

Whether you’re a gun behind the bar with solid cocktail knowledge and experience managing a fast-paced service, or a hospitality all-rounder with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

If you’ve worked in some of Brisbane’s top pubs or restaurants, you’ll hit the ground running — but if you’ve got strong hospitality experience and the right attitude, we’re more than willing to train you to thrive in the role.

Bar Supervisor

We are looking for:
A confident and skilled bar leader with experience shaking cocktails, managing high-volume bar service, and maintaining exceptional beverage standards. Experience in reputable pubs or restaurants is ideal, but we’re happy to train someone with strong hospitality knowledge and the drive to lead. Bring your creativity, product knowledge, and ability to inspire a bar team.

Floor Supervisor

We are looking for:
A guest-focused leader with experience running a busy section, hosting, seating and greeting guests, and driving smooth, efficient service. Experience in well-regarded pubs or restaurants is preferred, but we’re willing to train someone who has strong hospitality foundations and a passion for leading a team. Bring your service expertise, warm personality, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
